Our Mediator & Coach
Anne Cole has her BBA has been mediating and negotiating disputes for her entire career in both passive and high conflict environments. She is an Accredited Family Mediator (Acc.FM), a Certified Mediator (C. Med), Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), Certified Coach Practitioner (CCF/CCP), WSIB/Disability, Global Benefits Specialist and achieved competency in in steel pipe manufacturing, quality and distribution from NASPD.
She has extensive executive business transformation experience being responsible for managing and directing all HR and Operations initiatives for large global matrix organizations. Her entire career experience includes start ups, growth, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, downsizing, restructuring, bankruptcy and cultural adaptations in the automotive, food, oil & gas, international airline, pharmaceutical and small business sectors. She is experienced working with boards and counsel and has been a board member and minority shareholder. As an Acting C.O.O. she has an acute acumen for business management understandings, finance & accounting, safety, operating systems, processes, linkages, interface and legislated regulatory framework. In addition, she served as Brand Ambassador.
Her entire career has involved coaching of training individuals, corporations and executives in various types of life, change, communication, process changes or growth initiatives designed to re-direct behaviors and achieve desired outcomes.
She has achieved her career aspirations and utilized theses skills throughout her career and comprehends the importance of their benefits in both managing conflict and goal achievement.
